The purpose of this position is to support the Cotton On Group strategy of opening store locations in the United States. This role is responsible for managing business functions including but not limited to leasing administration, communication within a global organization, planning, and execution of a tactical Real Estate strategy that drives growth for the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND ï?· Experience with operating and communicating information in an effective manner within a Global Organization ï?· Real Estate Leasing experience (preferred) ï?· Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office ï?· Formal Presentation Skills with Microsoft Power-point (preferred) ï?· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) ï?· Travel up to 20%
