The sales professional will be successful through:
·Creating a demand for the company’s solutions through customer needs and objectives
·Constructing and fortifying long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
·Exhibit value propositions in the custom design building solutions
·Proven ability to drive the sales process from identification to design to close
·Conducting on-site customer visits
·Designing sales presentations and performing sales meetings
The sales professional must possess:
·Strong presentation and communication skills
·Excellent negotiating capabilities
·Skillful sales experience in commercial construction projects >$10M
·Understanding of prospecting and qualifying opportunities
·Maintain a strong professional image while excelling in problem solving skills
·Having full knowledge of all aspects of the commercial construction process
·Proficient with general office technology: computer, internet, printers, telephones, email
