Summary: Thisposition is responsible for reviewing and reconciling budgets on all projectsas well as departmental disbursement tracking, G/L budgeting and varianceanalysis. Schedules meetings and creates meeting agendas. Takes, maintains anddisseminates meeting minutes and associated records. Works with ProjectManager, Construction Project Engineer and other Construction and Real Estatestaff members to create, maintain, track and distribute task list anddeliverables to attendees to facilitate completion of assigned tasks for allparties. Is the point of contact to receive and disseminate pertinentinformation regarding the current status on all ongoing projects to requestors,end users, and contractors on, at a minimum, weekly basis. Tracks statisticsregarding project goals, milestones, performance standards and meets weeklywith department leadership to review same. This position maintains archives ofproject documentation.
High School diploma or equivalent with six years ofconstruction related experience involving budgeting, financial analysis, reviewand interpretation of general ledger reports with emphasis on constructionfinance process, detailed documentation and record retention.
Or, Bachelor's degree in either Construction Management, Accountingor Business and three years of construction related experience involvingbudgeting, financial analysis, review and interpretation of general ledgerreports with emphasis on construction finance process, detailed documentationand record retention.
Healthcare related construction experience preferred.
Will work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to develop an effective working relationshipwith staff in all areas of CCHCS.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Exceland have general software literacy.
