Job Summary:Manage large complicated construction projects up to $1,000,000 to assure they are completed on schedule and in accordance with contract specifications and UTA standards. Responsible for managing campus construction projects, provide day to day project quality control and for maintaining accurate construction project records.Essential Duties:Interacts with contractors, construction inspectors and other university personnel to satisfy requirements of all parties involved during construction. Coordinate and conduct on-site, pre-cost estimate meeting and pre-construction meetings with users, contractors and UT Arlington support departments.
