Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of all piping systems to include cooling/heating lines & related components as well as steam lines and related equipment.
Maintain compliance with national and state plumbing codes and accrediting agencies such as TJC, NFPA, and administration guidelines.
Ensure a safe and uninterrupted service to patients and all staff members.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years directly related experience
Related education and experience may be substituted for one another on a year for year basis
Valid New Mexico Driver's License
Must obtain UNM Vehicle Operator's Permit w/i 60 days of position
Journeyman Plumber License in the State of New Mexico
