JOB DESCRIPTION:

Developing accurate and complete job estimates.
Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope
Review and take-off of blueprints
Build relationships with key vendors (Architects, General Contractors, Suppliers, Engineers, etc.)
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates

REQUIRMENTS:

3+ Years Estimating Experience in Commercial Roofing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self Motivated / Self Starter
Experience with EDGE estimating software is a plus
Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, construction processes and theories
Reliable
Possess excellent organizational skills
