Candidates must have the necessary skills and tools to perform all different aspects of the construction phase, including but not limited to: Light finish carpentry Adjustment of cabinet doors. Adjustment of interior/exterior doors. Drywall repair. Tile repair. Caulking. Window adjustments and replacement. Painting.
