Job Cost Supervisor
Essential Duties Maintains and is responsible for the financial integrity of the Job Cost System and processes. Reviews, analyzes, and reconciles monthly profit margin to the general ledger. Reviews and analyzes Billings in Excess of Earned Revenue. Reviews journal entries, reconciliations and project analysis on a monthly basis. Prepares and reviews ad hoc reports and analysis as needed by Accounting, Management, and other departments. Assists in the preparation of the annual audit schedules. Assists in the development of departmental processes and accounting procedures. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with business units, customers, and coworkers to promote a quality service image. Perform month-end job
