We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is best-in-class leader, a self-starter,   a strategic problem solver, and passionate about growing with a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Forecast and allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and track costs
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Communicate updates and progress clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure execution aligns with industry best practices, company standards, and client expectations
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience 
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction to close-out
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
